Korean girl group Wonder Girls’ member Lim becomes the new face of K-pop TV program.
Lim has been chosen as the co-host of Arirang TV’s K-pop program “Pops In Seoul” and finished her first taping yesterday, an official with the broadcast station told TenAsia on Tuesday.
The TV show’s current emcee PENIEL of boy group BTOB will team up with Lim, and the two stars’ first emceeing episode will premiere next Monday.
Lim will introduce K-pop songs chosen by herself and sing live with band, while girl group Skarf’s member Tasha will show K-pop choreography with the show’s renewal kicking off the same day.
The program introduces the latest K-pop songs and support local musicians’ overseas activities, keeping its overseas viewers up-to-date with the latest K-pop singles and news.
Lim debuted in 2012 as member of Wonder Girls alongside Yenny, Sohee, Sun and Yubin. The group is currently focusing on individual activities.
